Please note that the gym will be closed on Sundays from 19 July till the end of August. We will reopen Sundays on September starting from: Sun 06/09/2026 Thanks for your understanding!

Group Classes Xmas 2025 holidays
All group sessions will continue up until Tuesday 23/12. Sessions will resume again on Wednesday 07/01. We would like to wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
